Please pay attention to the two paragraphs of the Auction Rules (the lowest bid and the proceeding of auction), which describe the rules for lowest bids and reserve prices for the auction held on May 4, 2019 in Municipal House in Prague.
The rules from these two paragraphs, which we want to draw attention to, are also in the form of an excerpt mentioned below.

Minimum bid
6. So called the lowest bid (starting price) is listed lower left in description of every item of the auction catalogue.

Auction proceedings
5. The Auction House holds the auction by means of its staff or by means of authorized agents, who must announce each item (or self-contained set of items), state its catalogue number and the minimum bid, and the stipulated minimum increment. The Auctioneer must also disclose the fact that a given item is a cultural relic. Seller has the right to establish the Reserve price (the lowest selling price). Items with a so-called reserve price are marked with the letter - R -. This Reserve price must be treated by an agreement between the seller and the Auction house. If the Reserve price is not reached in the auction, the item is not sold and so it is published in the auction results.

At auctions which takes place in Municipal House in Prague, is not possible to bid online.
